Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 working days (excluding Sat and Sun).

FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS :

  • Standard shipping via SingPost, with tracking, to letterbox

  • Flat-rate at $2, free for orders above $40

  • Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days after order is shipped​

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS :

  • Shipped via SingPost registered mail and must be signed upon receipt (otherwise will be returned as unclaimed)

  • Shipping costs for international orders vary between countries and weight of products, and are calculated at checkout

Return & Exchange Policy

I take utmost care in packing your orders and ensuring you receive the correct items in mint condition. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please accept my sincere apologies and contact me at thewildartscapade@gmail.com so that I may resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Please ensure all addresses provided are accurate. Return mail due to wrong or insufficient addresses provided will be chargeable for re-shipping.
